These sessions will be an hour to an hour and a half in length and are open to all survivors of all forms of trauma; sexual, domestic, psychological, financial, religious etc.

 The maximum for this group is 20 people per session so please sign up as soon as you can. 

PS: this event is solely for survivors and priority will be given to BIPOC survivors as these folks have less resources and spaces such as this but please register as if there is space, we will send you the information to join.
