Project Agape is a youth-led organization that strives to support victims and survivors of gender-based violence and educate our community on these issues. We focus a large part of our work on educational and wellness workshops in order to educate youth through preventive methods such as an understanding of consent and boundaries as well supporting survivors of gender-based violence. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need to promote positive change.

Our founder is a Black woman who struggled to find help as a Black survivor, due to the fact that none of the people she was referred to, were of Black descent or even identified as a woman. This is why it is a priority for our organization to be able to support BIPOC survivors. Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve creating new and innovative ways to be able to aid the causes we aim to support. A large part of Project Agape is the events we plan and host, which may not all the time be about raising funds but also about providing emotional support to the individuals we work with.

We aim to support and develop our community through increased support and love that we provide through the activities we do and our workshops. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Project Agape, and a source of much success for our youth-led organization. Get in touch with us today and see how you can lend a helping hand with this program.
